Order Tracking
Track your order using one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Track using Order ID:
For example, if your order has an Order ID of #Sasu-12345, simply enter the number 12345 into the Order ID field along with your Billing Email, then click the “Track” button. Your order details will be displayed in full.
Method 2: Track using Tracking Number:
- We will send the Tracking Number to your email within 1-3 days from the date of purchase.
- The tracking code information will be updated within 1-3 days from the date it is sent to you via email.
- Once you receive the Tracking Number, copy and paste it into the “Tracking Number” field below and click the “Order Tracking” button. Your order details will then be fully displayed.
